These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wa567 ("wa567", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the wa567 website accessible at https://wa567.cam and all associated services, games, features and content offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the wa567 platform in any way.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on wa567, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you must provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and residential address. You are prohibited from using fictitious identities, impersonating other individuals, or providing misleading information at any stage of registration.

Each individual may maintain only one account on the wa567 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 KYC Documentation

wa567 may request identity and age verification documents at any stage, including prior to processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. Commonly requested documents include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of residential address where required (utility bill, bank statement or similar, dated within three months);
• A selfie or liveness check confirming you are the holder of the submitted identity document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

Documents must be submitted through the operator's official secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never submit, alter, crop or falsify any verification document. Submission of fraudulent or tampered documents is a criminal offence under applicable law.

wa567 reserves the right to suspend account withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, without liability to the user for any delay arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation.

You agree to use the wa567 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, criminal or unlawful purpose;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, vulnerabilities or loopholes in games or the platform infrastructure;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to access or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional systems;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, chip dumping, or using the platform as a conduit for proceeds of criminal activity;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or any other material information to gain access to the platform or its services;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the platform.

Breach of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Deposits into your wa567 account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wa567 supports a range of payment methods, which may from time to time include familiar Pakistani payment services. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other Pakistani payment services are provided as contextual references only. wa567 makes no representation that these providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to the operator's current supported options, applicable compliance requirements and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

6.2 Currency & Minimum Deposits

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) where applicable. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of the deposit transaction.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your wa567 account are your own legitimate funds and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent or unlawful source. wa567 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

6.4 Failed or Disputed Transactions

wa567 is not responsible for deposit failures arising from issues with your bank, mobile wallet, or payment provider. In the event of a disputed transaction, you must contact wa567 support at support@wa567.cam with relevant transaction details. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith constitute a material breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal of funds from your wa567 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-related winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• wa567 reserves the right to perform additional security and compliance checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are set by the operator for each available payment method;
• Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Bank Alfalah) as examples of Pakistani payment rails do not constitute a guarantee of specific processing speeds or method availability;
• wa567 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds in compliance with its AML obligations.

wa567 may offer various bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds and bonus-related winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, qualifying games and eligible bet types will be specified in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made available.

8.2 One Bonus Per User

Each promotional offer is available once per user, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through duplicate accounts or other means — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds are subject to an expiry period as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Any unconverted bonus balance remaining at expiry will be forfeited without further notice.

8.4 Abuse and Fraud

wa567 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions and suspend accounts where it determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse, fraud, or exploitation of promotional systems has occurred. This includes but is not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino and game activity on the wa567 platform:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at wa567's sole discretion. wa567 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time, without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed once an acceptance confirmation has been issued by the platform.

9.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake on any market, wa567 reserves the right to void bets placed on the affected market. "Obvious error" includes pricing substantially inconsistent with the true market at the time of placement. No claim will be accepted for winnings arising from such errors.

9.3 Cricket & Sports Markets

PSL, ICC tournament, T20, Test and other cricket markets are governed by sport-specific settlement rules published on the platform. In the event of match abandonment, weather interruption, rescheduling or other exceptional circumstances, settlement will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant sport and competition.

9.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are subject to the platform's in-play betting rules. Due to the nature of live markets, there may be a delay between bet placement and acceptance. wa567 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where the outcome of the relevant event had been determined at the time the bet was placed.

9.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per event or per settlement period apply to all sports and casino bets. Current maximum payout limits are available in the platform's betting rules section. wa567 will not be liable to pay amounts in excess of the stated maximum limits regardless of the odds at the time of placement.

• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting or exploitation of platform systems;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in connection with your account;
• At the request of law enforcement or a competent regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, wa567 may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where termination is not due to a breach by the user, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the user subject to completed KYC verification.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@wa567.cam. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided upon account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa567's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wa567 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the user's failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from the user's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information or promotional content where a manifest error has occurred;
• Any loss arising from the user's violation of applicable local law in accessing or using the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in the wa567 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, trademarks, logos, game content, written materials, graphics and all associated proprietary elements — are owned by or licensed to wa567 or its associated entities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the platform without prior written consent;
• Create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use wa567 trademarks, brand names or logos in any context without written authorisation;
• Scrape, data-mine or systematically extract content from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of wa567's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal claims.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wa567 is incorporated or licensed to operate as an international entity. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not invoke Pakistani law as the governing law — users in Pakistan acknowledge that they are accessing an international platform and that Pakistani law governs their own conduct and obligations in their jurisdiction.

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the wa567 platform, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@wa567.cam so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. wa567 will aim to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

14.2 Formal Dispute Process

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution process applicable to the operator's jurisdiction. Details of the applicable escalation mechanism will be provided to you upon request.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
